LPI Office Building
This four story, 22,000 sq. ft. iconic office building used concrete moment frame with shear walls and floor slabs with precast concrete joists to meet the owner's desire for a strong, yet cost efficient structure. Construction cost: $3.4 Million
Lakewood shopping Center
S & F provided structural engineering and special inspection services for this project which included renovations and facade addition to an existing retail building. The project also included a new 8,000 sq. ft. retail building between two existing retail buildings. Total area of the building is approximately 88,000 sq. ft. and used steel framing with masonry walls and integral concrete columns.
Construction Cost: $5.2 Million
Deerwood Town Center
South Miami, FL
The two new retail buildings added at the existing shopping center was fast tracked and constructed using tilt-up concrete panels and steel framing. The total area added was about 75,000 sq. ft. Construction Cost: $8 Million
This new retail building with 24,000 sq. ft. consists of steel framing with concrete tilt-up walls. S & F designed and provided construction support services for this $3 million facility.
